Everything on site is built around one circuit. Get properly hot, get properly cold, then slow down before you go again.

Sauna Cabins

Three identical four person cabins running at proper temperature. Book one privately or join a shared session.

Cold Plunge

Filtered cold plunges kept cold all year. The part you dread and then talk about for the rest of the week.

The Courtyard

An outdoor cool down space with seating around the chimenea. Rest between rounds in the open air.

Café & Shop

Coffee, tea and cold drinks, plus towels, banya hats and sauna oils to take home.
